Our signature French roll. Using a fresh french dough base, they have a slightly chewy crust, but retain a soft inner texture. They can also be oven toasted to create a fresh baked “crusty” roll with a warm soft center.
– The PAN baked rolls – are uniform in shape, have even, rounded ends, softer overall bread texture.
