Our signature French roll. Using a fresh french dough base, they have a slightly chewy crust, but retain a soft inner texture. They can also be oven toasted to create a fresh baked “crusty” roll with a warm soft center.
They are available in TWO DISTINCT bake options – PAN baked – uniform in shape, rounded ends, softer overall bread texture. SCREEN baked – allows the heat to be evenly dispersed to create a crispier crust texture and lighter interior. Open screens and top scoring allow for a more rustic “hand-made” look.
