DARK ROAST. Brazilian coffee from the Minas Gerais region is the backbone to our blends and adds a sweet and fruitiness that will enliven you each morning. We blend this with beans from two other regions – Our Guatemalan coffee comes from Lake Atitlan in the Huehuetenango region, and from the vast mountains in the Huila region, our Colombian coffee provides complexity in your cup. Both are shade grown in high altitudes and surrounded by volcanic soils.
This blend of beans contributes to our coffees unique character and flavor profiles.
